Since 1985, Saratoga Event Group has been crafting a wide range of special events, both in our managed venues and at locations chosen by our clients. We provide full-service catering that includes experienced staff, professional equipment, and award-winning cuisine. Known for friendly, reliable service, we’re proud to work with long-standing clients as well as those planning their first event with us.
About half of our events are weddings, with the rest spanning corporate functions, nonprofit events, holiday gatherings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, retirements, funerals, and Bar and Bat Mitzvahs. Our catering division, Avenue Catering, also includes a dedicated kosher division, Avenue K.
Yes. Every menu is customized to fit your event style, preferences, and budget. We work closely with clients to create options that feel thoughtful, flexible, and appropriate for the occasion.
We cater events at our managed venues as well as off-premise locations. This includes private homes and select venues such as Callanwolde, The Academy of Medicine, The Chattahoochee Nature Center, seasonal showhouses, offices, tented events, rooftops, art galleries, museums, churches, synagogues, and more.
Saratoga Event Group is a preferred caterer at Chastain Horse Park, The Historic Pace House in Vinings, The Chattahoochee Nature Center in Roswell, Callanwolde, The Historic Academy of Medicine, the Spring and Holiday Showhouses, and Tanyard Creek Overlook in Acworth.
Once booked, our team begins collaborating with you to plan every detail of your event. This includes menu selection, floor plans, design assistance, and coordination of all elements leading up to the event day. Our goal is to make the planning process clear, organized, and enjoyable.
Off-premise catering means we bring our full catering operation to your chosen location. Our team handles transportation, equipment, staffing, and setup to ensure your event is professionally catered wherever it takes place.
We do not supply alcohol, but we’re happy to advise on quantities to purchase. We provide everything else, including bartenders, non-alcoholic beverages, mixers, setup, insurance, and bar service coordination.
