Our culinary team created a thoughtfully curated menu that showcased fresh, seasonal ingredients with elegant presentations. The evening began with passed hors d’oeuvres, including crispy chicken yakitori with miso dipping sauce and open-faced pimento cheese canapés. This Southern favorite was offered in both classic and bacon-topped options.

Guests were seated to pre-set house salads featuring candied pecans, craisins, red onions, and blue cheese crumbles with champagne vinaigrette, setting an elevated tone for the meal to come.

The buffet offered a selection of carefully prepared dishes: baked Norwegian salmon with lemon dijon aioli, Tuscan lemon chicken piccata, and seafood provençal with sautéed shrimp and scallops. Sides included saffron rice pilaf and twice-baked potato casserole, providing both variety and comfort.

The evening concluded with an array of desserts: chocolate ganache tarts, mini cheesecake cupcakes with raspberry coulis, and key lime tartlets. Each offered a perfect sweet ending to the celebration.
